I’m from North Carolina and live in New York. Since my first internship as a puppet handler on the set of Sesame Street it’s been one leap and bound after another - working as a producer, creative director, and writer across the arts, entertainment, and advertising.
In immersive experience, I’ve worked as a creative director and executive producer, collaborating with artist Kenzo Digital designing large scale immersive art experiences, including AIR at SUMMIT, a permanent installation at the top of One Vanderbilt in New York City. AIR has hosted over 4 million guests since opening in October of 2021.
As documentary Film & TV producer, my credits include: Nam June Paik: Moon is the Oldest TV, directed by Amanda Kim (Netflix, PBS American Masters, Sundance Film Festival, MoMA), Wormwood, directed by Errol Morris, starring Peter Sarsgaard (Netflix, Venice Film Festival, Telluride Film Festival), It's Not Crazy, It's Sports, directed by Errol Morris (ESPN Films), The B Side: Elsa Dorfman's Portrait Photography, directed by Errol Morris, (Netflix, Telluride Film Festival, Toronto Film Festival, New York Film Festival), Three Short Films About Peace, directed by Errol Morris (The New York Times Op-Docs, Telluride Film Festival), and How's Your News? (MTV).
I also produced the acclaimed pop music act and performance art troupe Fischerspooner, with live shows at venues including the Pompidou Centre, Paris; Royal Festival Hall, London; Miami Art Basel; Hammerstein Ballroom, New York; Deitch Projects, New York; Coachella Festival; Jimmy Kimmel Live; as well as North American and European Tours.
In advertising I’ve produced Emmy-nominated and Cannes Lion-winning commercials and content with such directors as Spike Lee, Robert Rodriguez, Brett Morgen, Brian Beletic, The Malloys, and Errol Morris, for such clients as Nike, ESPN, Martini & Rossi, and Budweiser, through the agencies Wieden + Kennedy, Anomaly, and Momentum Worldwide.
As a writer I’ve had humor published by The New Yorker, and been featured on The New Yorker Radio Hour. I’ve also been published by The New York Times, the New York Theater Review, and had a half dozen short plays produced in New York. I was the writer of the short film Rufus, starring Heather Lind (LA Shorts Fest, Hollyshorts), and co-writer of The Park, a short film series for The New York Times starring Macaulay Culkin and Mary Beth Piel.
Thanks so much for stopping by. I hope you enjoy the work!
